Welcome to the Baltic Sea!

The fantastic location of our apartment "Klara" in the heart of Warnemünde offers all the conditions for a relaxing holiday.

Wake up to the seagulls, linger on the white sandy beach just 350 meters away, or stroll along the promenade. Afterwards you can enjoy a great shopping experience at the Alter Strom in numerous boutiques. Our villa in splendid spa architecture offers all possibilities.

The lovingly and maritime furnished apartment offers you on 50m ² space for 2 people.

The open living area captivates with its cosiness and the rustic separation to the sleeping area. In the back of the apartment there is a bright daylight bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen.

Our apartment is exclusively reserved for non-smokers.

We are happy to provide parents with infants a high chair and a travel cot for an extra charge.

There are the usual fees for visitor's tax in Warnemünde, which we charge separately.

Kurzurlaub in Warnemünde

Die Anreise, sowie Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte problemlos. Der Schlüssel zur Ferienwohnung war in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt und wir konnten um 15 Uhr in die Wohnung. Die Größe und das Mobiliar ist wie in der Anzeige angegeben, reicht für zwei Personen total aus. Der Weg zum Strand und zur Innenstadt beträgt ca. 5-10 Minuten, man wohnt etwas ab vom Trubel an der Promenade, aber angenehm ruhig. Zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt sind es ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Am vorletzten Tag wurden wir Mittags von anderen Gästen einer Ferienwohnung im gleichen Haus überrascht, die Wohnungen scheinen wohl alle das selbe Schloss+Schlüssel zu besitzen. Wäre gut gewesen, das vorher zu wissen. Ansonsten war das ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Warnemünde mit großartigem Wetter. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Silvester in Warnemünde

Alles in allem in Ordnung, Halten um Gepäck auszuladen war katastrophal - kein Platz! Da sehr viele Leute und PKW unterwegs waren, war auch keine Möglichkeit, auf der anderen Seite zu halten, haben schließlich eine Lücke auf dem Kirchenplatz gefunden und mussten von dort alles in die Wohnung bringen. Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung. Vielleicht sollte man speziell für die Wintervermietung die Türen zwischen Wohnraum und Eingang sowie Küche und Eingang mal etwas aufarbeiten, um die Wärme besser in den Räumen zu halten. Sehr positiv fanden wir das, der etwas speziellen Lage auf dem Grundstück wohl angepasste, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Küchen- bzw. Badausstattung war in Ordnung, hat aber noch Luft nach oben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, obwohl wir bei der Abreise das Gepäck wieder zum Kirchenplatz tragen mussten.

Diese FeWo ist wirklich zentral gelegen und für zwei Personen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen und die Zeit genossen.

Einfache Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die Unterkunft war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und sauber. Ich hätte mir noch eine Kanne zum Tee kochen gewünscht. Die zentrale Lage war top. Weil jedoch das Zweiersofa so ungemütlich war, würden wir die Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten.

Gute Stadtlage, Hinterhaus mit sehr schmalen Zugang und mit wenig Ausblick

Der unpersönliche Check-in verlief ohne Probleme. Willkommen fühlt man sich so allerdings nicht. Alles sehr anonym. Rückruf bei Anfrage klappte aber. Der Zugang führt durch einen sehr schmalen Gang ins Hinterhaus. Weg noch verstellt durch Mülltonnen. Fluchtweg??? Wohnung war nur oberflächlich sauber. Spinnweben konnten wir nach Bereitstellung eines runden Plastikmopps selbst beseitigen. Die eh schon dürftige Aussicht auf die Mauer des Nachbarhauses war durch die schmutzigen Fenster noch weiter getrübt. Küche ist notdürftig ausgestattet. Keine weiteren Müllbeutel (vorhandene Beutel viel zu klein für den Eimer). Kein Besen. Kinderhandfeger und Schäufelchen gab es, diese waren aber schmutzig. Innere Türen schließen nicht. Zugang zur „ Baustelle?“ von Küche aus nicht verschlossen. Sehr hellhörig. Schlechte Lüftung im Bad. Keine Möglichkeiten, Strandsachen aufzuhängen. In der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Abstellfläche in Nähe des Waschbeckens gab es nicht. Ein Holzregal war an der anderen Wand vorhanden. Bett ist so platziert, dass man durch Küche, Flur und Wohnzimmer laufen muss, um auf die andere Seite des Bettes zu gelangen. Nachts war es aber sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet/gestaltet und sehr gemütlich, zu zweit sehr geräumig. Das Bad ist neu. In der Küche sollte mehr Besteck vorhanden sein, um nicht ständig von Hand abwaschen zu müssen, da ein Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden ist. Der Herd ist billig, die Knöpfe schwergängig. Grundsätzlich ist für Selbstversorger alles vorhanden in einfacher Ausführung. Daher 1 Stern in der Gesamtbewertung Abzug. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr nett, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: sehr ruhig in äußerst zentraler Lage mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von wenigen Hundert Metern, gleiches gilt für den Zugang zum Strand oder den Restaurants am Alten Strom. Vom Bahnhof erreicht man in max. 10min Fußweg die Ferienwohnung. WLAN hat man nur im Wohn- und Schlafbereich, in der Küche wechselt der Empfang auf Mobile Daten. Dafür ist das Wifi im Wohnbereich stark genug für Remote Arbeit mit VPN, Videokonferenzen mit MS Teams laufen flüssig. Insgesamt waren wir hochzufrieden und haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in der Wohnung Klara verbracht.
