"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"We, a family of 5, stayed at this apartment for a little getaway weekend. We found this apartment to be quite comfortable, well placed within the town and stocked with all the necessaties. The check-in was simple and easy, and communication with the host was flawless. He even provided a parking spot behind the apartment, upon request. We also brought our dog, who was also welcome. There is a small park about a 10 minute walk away for kids. Just to note (as I must have missed it in the listing)...

"Ideal location for exploring Meissen, Dresden and the Swiss Saxony area. The property is fabulous with everything you need and more for a relaxing stay and totally exceeds the description given. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and were there if needed without intruding. Overall would highly recommend the property and area for a relaxing holiday."

"The location was absolutely fantastic with everything we needed just a short walk away, and we really liked the convenience of the electronic entry system, no keys to worry about. The shower and kitchen were perfectly fine, too. That said, the room itself was a bit disappointing. "A comfortable and newly updated hotel. The owner was personable and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant holiday. They have an excellent breakfast that you shouldn’t skip. "The property did not have AC which I wasn't aware of, It was hot while we were there and could have used AC. Breakfast was good. I feel like the parking was misrepresented. It said that when I looked at the hotel, the parking was available for a fee. This was fine with me, but when I arrived, I was told there were only 13 spaces and they were full. I had to leave my car on the main street and walk back and forth. I did not like this at all. If you say parking is available, then you should have parking available"
