Welcome to Dogwood apartment!

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs basement apartment is newly remodeled and showcases a cozy farmhouse design that will make you feel right at home! Located near Flintstone, GA just South of Chattanooga, this destination is only 15 minutes away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more. Come and Stay!

Our Dogwood apartment boasts a great open concept floor plan that gives easy access to the 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom. It has high-speed wireless internet and the living room has a large smart TV with a farmhouse dining table that seats 6 people along with 2 comfortable chairs that make as a good morning coffee spot. Both of the bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses with a large closets for storage. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV and the other does not have a TV. Across the hall is the main full bath with a bathtub/shower combo.

Shared Fire Pit:
You are welcome to enjoy the shared fire pit and charcoal grill located in the center of the circular driveway. This is a communal space shared with the other vacation rentals on the property. Please bring your own camping chairs, lighter, fire starters, and firewood.

Charcoal Grill:
There is a charcoal grill in the circle driveway as well! You will need to bring your own charcoal. The main house on the property has their own grill in their courtyard for them to use.

MAX number of guests allowed is 6.
NO Partying
NO Smoking OR Vaping in the home
Must be 25 years old to book reservation

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Please respect our neighbors as they will do the same to you.

Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.

Beautiful, Clean & Comfortable..

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and cozy. The one and only complaint was the foot noise coming from the top apartment. Very noisy.

Great overnight

We stayed for just 1 night to break up our drive from FL to OH. The place is very clean and nicely updated. The check in process was very easy. The area is beautiful. We would have liked to stay to explore more. The only draw back is that we did have noisy people above us from about 2AM to 4AM even though there are quiet hours. A nice set of ear plugs may have helped with that. Beaides that the place ia beautiful and we enjoyed our evening.

No privacy/quiet

This rental is on a property with a lot of other units. We got lost trying to find the place. Got there at dark and there were so many cars and units we thought we were at the wrong place! Also could hear everything from the unit above us so we got horrible sleep. Every step they took or every time they used water we could hear it very clear. Place was clean but not worth the no privacy and location.

We really enjoyed a quick and relax full stay. We did not get to explore the surroundings area.

We literally stayed in for about 1.5 days. We heard much of what was going on upstairs so it wasn’t very sound proof. Lost toys under the couch so we moved it and found a lot of dirt and someone else’s socks. There were some minor things that needed fixing.

My girls and I loved our stay

This is a beautiful place that had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms were dark making for the best night's sleep we've had in a long time. The only way our stay could have been better is if there hadn't been upstairs neighbors. We could hear them waking around and every time water was used. It wasn't terribly disruptive, but we could have done without it . Matt was amazing. Very easy to communicate with and always available when needed. We would be happy to stay hear again!

Excellent!

Hoping we can return soon to do some more exploring. This property makes for the perfect base, conveniently close to Chattanooga and all its attractions and dining options, but with a definite rural theme. The location is very peaceful with lovely views. The apartment is nicely presented and very clean, we had everything we needed for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you Matt!

Quiet and Peaceful

A very nice 2 bedroom space for anyone wanting to enjoy a little piece of country living. The goats are a nice touch that make you feel just a little bit like you're on the farm. This is a basement property, so natural light is limited, but it's cool, quiet and relaxing.

Great Place!!

This place is so clean, it’s newly renovated. I love the way everything is utilized. It’s very modern and open. Matt is amazing with communication. He’s very quick to respond to any questions you might have. We loved it! The goats are awesome too!
