Welcome to Magnolia and Dogwood Apartments! Are you seeking peace and serenity while also needing convenience to downtown Chattanooga? This property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with beautiful views of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga Valley. This upstairs and downstairs apartment is newly constructed and showcases a beautiful farmhouse design filled with character! This destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions in Chattanooga!

This home is equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, and a total of 4 bedrooms! This listing offers 2 separate apartment units (one above the other) that sleep a total of 12 people. Very ideal for two families traveling or for a group that wants space to spread out! Attached to this upstairs and downstairs apartment is the main house on the property that is also a vacation rental. You are not able access any of the units from the inside - there are 3 separate front doors to access the homes!

Home Layout:
The upstairs apartment (Magnolia) sleeps 6 people and has 1.5 baths. It has a full kitchen complete with basic cookware, glassware, and plate-ware. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds that have memory foam mattresses and smart TV's. There is a Jack n' Jill full bathroom in between the bedrooms and there is another a half bathroom in the hallway. Located in the half bathroom is a laundry room with a washer and dryer unit. The living room couch pulls out into a sofa bed that is a queen size bed. The basement apartment (Dogwood) sleeps 6 people and has one full bath. It also has a full kitchen filled with basic cookware, plate-ware, and glassware. There are 2 bedrooms with queen bedrooms and memory foam mattresses. One of the bedroom's has a smart TV. Across from the bedrooms is a full bathroom. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed with a size queen bed. Both living rooms have large smart TV's and this airbnb has high-speed wireless internet throughout.

Lovely stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay: beautiful views of Lookout Mt., convenience of Chattanooga, and a charming and clean lodging. We would happily return to Magnolia in the future.

Week exploring Chattanooga and area

The property and house are very nice. It was a quick drive into Chattanooga and also close to lots of outdoor activities such a Lookout Mountain and Cloudland Canyons park.

Close, Comfy and Convenient.

The property was perfect for my first extended trip to the Chattanooga area. The location is exactly what I was hoping to find, close to the city but remote enough to enjoy a change of scenery in the beauty of nature. This property provided a location to take advantage of and get a great mix of both.

Wedding weekend

Great property and location. Multiple properties on the same site for large family or groups of friends to stay together. We had a small maintenance issue with our rental and Brianna and her staff were extremely attentive to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay there again.

Magnolia Dogwood wonderful place to stay

This VRBO was perfect for our group. We put our adult married kids downstairs so they were separate from us but came up to visit and eat. The upstairs was perfect for us all to gather and enjoy being together. The whole place was clean and well kept in a great location close to Chattanooga and attractions we wanted to visit. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Quiet, peaceful

Needed a quiet space with enough room to accommodate my husband and I to visit with my daughter and 2 grandkids visiting from Connecticut. We visited Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline. All were so close and very little traffic to get from one to another. The hose was great and so very much enjoyed the tranquility of the porch. We will definitely will be visiting again.

Off the beaten path

Had a very nice stay- the place is essentially new, very nice. Bring some firewood and starter so you can sit around the fire in the cool evening.

Great Stay

This was our stop on our way home and it was exactly what we wanted. Comfy beds, clean home and a great living room that we could spread out and watch movies! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked if you wanted to make a meal. The location, while a little further out (5-10 minutes), was what we were wanting. Great views and very quiet. If ever in that area, this is where we will be staying.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean and well set up. It was simple but homey. Loved spending time on the porch in the morning and evening. Appreciated having a high chair available to use for our little one. There was a pack n’ play available as well but we brought our own. Owner was very prompt in responding. As others have stated, the driveway is quite steep. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway
