Les logeurs nous ont donné de très bons conseils au niveau des endroits où aller en pleine canicule, des restaurants et des lieux à voir. Lorsqu'il fait très chaud, il est vraiment agréable d'être un peu en altitude par rapport au lac de Côme. Nous sommes ainsi allés en montagne, à plus de 1700m d'altitude, c'était parfait! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable.
