Room was dark and stinky. Smelled like they poured Lysol everywhere. Walk in shower was a mess and because there was no door, water sprayed everywhere. Also faucets from the sinks in the bathroom had virtually no water pressure. Pillows were beyond awful

We loved our stay at Te Waonui. The staff were friendly and engaging immediately making us feel comfortable and welcome. The pre-fixed 5 course dinner was a fantastic deal and the quality of the food was excellent. The rooms are lovely and it is nice to have a pleasant view each morning when awaking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast but there was a pub for an evening meal and breakfast available across the road so all very convenient. Lovely clean and comfortable room.
