We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and homely.thee was a nice common area for relaxing and a common area kitchenette for tea, coffee and breakfast use. We stayed on a Sunday night so the hotel wasn’t open for breakfast or dinner, but that was okay for our stay. We would stay here again.

We stayed in Berwick Cottage which is at the back Robinson Cottage - a single room and attached bathroom around the rear of the property. Had no trouble getting into the place - instructions were perfectly fine. The floor is COLD (August!) in the bathroom however the heating soon helps with that. The shower is awesome (at least for my fellow tall people).
Off street parking out the back is provided which is nice.

From receiving a personal greeting and garden tour from our host, the romantic and cute cottage accommodation, to the spectacular views from the deck at the back, we were highly impressed with this accommodation- particularly as it is a new listing and was recently purchased. It is obvious that the hosts have placed much love, time and effort in the attention to detail even with small things such as having an oil burner with lavender scent. Spent 5 days at Swansea, with sunshine & rain. Had walks on the beach, paid a visit just out of town to Kate's Berry Farm for great gluten free crepes & fresh berries. Took a drive up to the Bay of Fires & Coles Bay, beautiful scenery. When it rained grabbed a coffee & read a book, very relaxing. The locals were so happy for the rain.

stayed here for 1 night. didnt realise the check in was only until 8 or 8 30. The onsite manager was kind to give me a bit more time to arrive. I didnt use any common facilities, not sure if ther are any. No issues with parking, was very quiet, nice view. The room was old-ish but well maintained - no smell, everything was working. good view, ocean breeze. Easy to check in and out.
