Air conditioning is available in every bedroom, except in the living room (keeping the doors open allows the cool air to circulate and refresh the living area as well).
Outside, the villa is framed by a large private garden featuring a beautiful swimming pool, a fireplace for barbecues, and two private parking spaces.
