"Staff is excellent. Concierge Madgy was amazing welcoming us and helping us with excellent recommendations for dinner. Front desk Yakki and Michael were also extraordinary. The hotel is great. Nice, clean and new. The area is debatable as the hotel is surrounded by office buildings so no night life or dinner options, but part fro mother, everything was excellent!"

The cleanliness was lacking, things were worn (such as linens, kitchen wares, and shower curtain), and there was smoking of all substances going on in the common areas when we were there. There was no soundproofing and we could hear through the walls and quiet hours were not observed. The laundry facility is very limited and requires booking many days in advance. "
