Casa Margherita is located on the first and top floor of Villa Lighea, which also houses another unit on the ground floor. The beachfront villa offers a beautiful ocean view and access to the Castiglioncello boardwalk via a staircase just outside the garden.
The house features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a new, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room that opens onto the terrace with a sea view. For guests’ exclusive use, there is a small garden with a table, chairs, and a BBQ. From the garden, a few steps lead to the large sun deck with ocean views (shared with the ground-floor unit), featuring a saltwater pool, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella.
One parking space is available for guests.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
