"This was our third stay in this cabin. The views, breeze, quiet, make it a perfect get away for us.Owner communication is outstanding.The cabin is perfect size for a couple.We will continue to stay at this cabin as long as it is available."

"Carly is a fantastic host. Great communication from the minute I booked my stay. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with everything we needed. Everything was just as described in the listing. The swimming area is perfect for all ages. There is a nice sand area to play and the lake has a very gradual slope for even the youngest swimmers. The kids played with the sand toys and the lilypad provided and also did some fishing off the dock. We used the fire pit and played bean bags on the beautiful lawn. The patio are is very spacious and plenty of lawn chairs were available in addition to a picnic table.We will defininitely book the place again!"

"Nice location-very quiet!The house had good space and a nice layout. The house was clean with NO signs of the last guests. But could have used some deep cleaning (windows, corners, etc), outdoor cleanup, and a few minor things fixed up (door lock, light fixtures, etc.). Overall it was a great place for the price. We visited in late July and the lake water was full of regular algae plus blue-green algae floated in the night we arrived."

"There are not really 3 bedrooms because the "loft" is just the hallway between the 2 bedrooms and has no door. The place is spacious but not ideal for families (limited privacy). Graceville is a delightful little town and the people are very friendly and helpful."

"This home is clean and new. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to serve a large group which is unusual for most places. Bathrooms are clean and have plenty of towels and hand towels for the group. Showers are stocked with soap, conditioner and shampoo. Sitting area is nice and chairs are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. This place has a great view of the farmland around the property and is very quiet. A definite return trip when in the area."

"The accommodations at the CJHouse exceeded our expectations. The facility was clean with a "new home" smell. It is located close to grocery store and gas/convenient store and within walking distance for most local activities. We had reserved parking and the price was reasonable. The hosts were available via text/phone with immediate responses. We had a pleasant stay."
