"Rick’s place is great! Highly recommend it! Very cozy, u love that there were fans inside as well, patios were awesome with the view, had access to kayaking, bike riding, and swimming in the lake. Walkable restaurants and a couple breweries around. Rick was also so sweet and accommodating with us. He responded fast. If I’m back in the area, I’d 100% stay here again. "

"We loved this property! We were seeking a nice place to spend quality time with our son (away from his electronic devices) and this place had everything we could have dreamed of. He had a blast playing basketball and pickleball, and our whole family loved the game room. The property was excellent and the communication was great. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"This property was clean and recently updated. The beds were great and it is decorated nicely. The neighborhood was not the best and the neighbors were a little loud but not too late at night. Another suggestion would be to have a back exit to the hot tub and fire pit. "
