This cosy 2-bedroom apartment is very well equipped with a swimming pool and private parking. It is located 50 metres from the large beach of Rosas and directly close to all shops and restaurants.
You can enjoy all the attractions of this seaside resort without having to take your car.
The apartment has a very nice terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. It is fully air-conditioned, very comfortable with new equipment and furniture. You will have access to all French and international channels on the television and free WIFI in the apartment.
Many day and night activities are nearby (parachuting, water sports, mini golf, roller.....). Bed linen not provided. Possibility of renting bed linen and towels from the concierge.
Tourist tax of 1 euro per night and per person from 18 years old to be expected.

Bien situada, con acceso directo a piscina, y todo lo necesario para vacaciones.
Destacar el acceso directo desde la gran terraza a la piscina.
El apartamento esta muy bien situado, a escasos metros de la playa, y en el centro de la zona turistica proximo al centro de rosas. Su localizacion y el tener parking propio, permite dejar el coche y desplazarse a pie si asi se desea.
Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de vacaciones: Aire Acondicionado, Cocina (Microondas, Cafetera, Tostador, etc... ).
La forma de salir del parking no es la mejor, debido a los vecinos que ocupan las salidas, lo que genera mas maniobras de las que serian necesarias normalmente.
Dans la salle de bain il manque de lumière et la canapé est trop bas, mais une bonne exposition, recommande la location proche de la plage, du centre ville et de la piscine de détente
