It features a bright sofa bed and a double bed, plus a 10 m² terrace perfect for enjoying the sun and sea views. Community parking is available. Just steps away, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and the Roses Bay, as well as the GR-92 coastal path—ideal for walks and excursions without needing a car. A functional and comfortable space, perfect for couples, families, or friends. Bed linen and towels are not included.
