Welcome to our charming villa in Roses, an ideal refuge to enjoy unforgettable holidays on the Costa Brava. This villa offers a cozy atmosphere and is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people. With two bedrooms, you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the mountain, immersing yourself in the tranquility and natural beauty of the region.



Unbeatable Location

Located in a quiet urbanization, the villa is situated near various points of interest. Just 2 km away, you can enjoy the water park "Aquabrava" or do your shopping at "Carrefour and Lidl" supermarkets. The sandy beaches of "Roses and St. Margarita" are 3 km away, perfect for relaxing under the sun. For adventure lovers, the rocky beach is 5 km away. Additionally, the "Figueres-Vilafant" train station is 20 km away, and the "Girona Airport" is 60 km away, making access from anywhere easy.



Amenities and Comfort

The villa is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It features a beautiful garden, garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors, and a fenced plot that guarantees your privacy. The terrace is perfect for dining al fresco, and the barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious meals. Additionally, the villa has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, and a refreshing private pool, ideal for relaxing on hot days. The kitchen ( induction) is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and water boiler. You will be able to enjoy a home-cooked meal in a wonderful environment.
