Comfortable apartment with capacity for 5 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 180 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et très très propre. Toutes les prestations énumérées sont bien présentes : climatisation, wifi, draps et serviettes de toilettes de qualité. Appartement très bien placé, près de toutes les commodités : plage, restaurants, boutiques, supermarché, et plutôt calme. Parking voiture en sous-sol appréciable mais ne semble pas accessible pour des grosses voitures, SUV, 4/4. N'hésitez pas à louer ce logement !
