Apartment located 15 minutes from the beach, about 500 m. Magnificent views over Roses Bay, from the marina to the Pyrenees.

A true haven of peace from its terraces with a magnificent view of the beautiful Roses Bay. A large terrace with a grill.

The garage is at road level and we go down ten steps to reach the apartment.

Living room with large windows and panoramic views.

This is a spectacular apartment, decorated with very nice taste, cozy, bright and very pleasant. With a wonderful terrace from where you can contemplate the beautiful views of the Bay.

It is designed for the exclusive use of guests.

It is a very quiet area but close to the town of Roses where you have all the necessary services and leisure. Spectacular views of the town of Roses, the sea and the port.

It is advisable to have a car.

Séjour parfait à renouveler

L'appartement est vaste, propre et bien équipé. La vue est spectaculaire. Accès en quelques minutes à pied au départ des chemins de randonnée du parc naturel Le quartier était très calme (mais nous étions en hors saison).

Vue splendide mais terrasses peu protégées pour des enfants petits + plages assez lointaines à pieds

La vue était splendide. Appartement bien équipé en électroménagers. Équipé d'un grand garage pour garer nos 2 voitures. Les petits détails dans l’appartement, il est aussi bien entretenu et surtout la vue fantastique sublime le tout
