Bonjour, Pas deçu par la vue magnifique mais par l'etat de la maison pas entretenue. Canapé cassé, rallonge de table cassée, lit branlants, on s'attend pas a trouver une maison dans cet etat vu le prix de la location. Concernant la propreté, il y avait meme encore le filtre plein dans la cafetiere quand on est arrivés. Désolé mais ce que l'ensemble du groupe a ressenti. Les photos sont trompeuses aussi, la piscine semble gigantesque tout comme la cuisine ou on a du mal a contenir a 3.

Manque un parasol 4 petites cuillères seulement … Manque des plateaux, corbeille à pain. On a été obligé d’acheter ce qu’il manquait et on l’a laissé sur place. La chambre du bas n’a pas de climatisation… 8 est le maximum de personnes pour être bien

Sensació agradolça

La casa es espectacular, una immillorable localització i vistes, ben equipada a nivell de electrodomèstics i mobles. La sensació agredolça que ens ha quedat ha sigut els següents punts: - La cuina estava molt desprovista, paelles en mal estat, no hi havia copes de vi, de cava ni tasses de cafè, plats i gots escasos, mancaven pinces i tissores. - Quan la llum natural és escasa al vespre, el menjador queda força fosc i mal il·luminat. - El pany de la porta d'entrada se'ns ha quedat a les mans el primer dia. - Pany d'alguna habitació en mal estat. - Cadires de la piscina trencades. La barbacoa estava totalment inservible, plena de brosa i en mal estat. vam haver de netejarla a fons i fer peripècies per poder cuinar-hi dignament. El lloguer d'aquesta casa no és pas barat, i per tant, les expectatives generals que teníem eren molt altes. Sense dubte la casa ha donat la talla, però les coses més bàsiques i cohotidianes han estat decepcionants.

La casa es espectacular, las vistas son inmejorables y la zona es tranquilísima. Es importante destacar que la cama se alquila sin ropa de cama ni toallas, con lo que tuvimos que alquilarlas también a última hora porque nadie nos había avisado antes de ello.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec enfants et petits-enfants dans cette agréable maison avec vue imprenable.. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l' accueil au bureau à la remise des clés par une personne très souriante . Seul manque ,des lampes de chevet dans les chambres et un peu plus de verres !!!!!

Plutôt bien dans l'ensemble

Villa propre et moderne à l'intérieur avec climatisation en très bon état de marche et literie de bonne qualité. une des chambres avec salle de bain et wc n'est accessible que par l'extérieur très belle vue sur Roses avec la piscine à débordement, déconseillé si vous avez des enfants en bas âge. la vaisselle n'était pas suffisante pour 11 surtout les petites cuillères et les tasses…. les tables n'étaient pas assez grandes pour accueillir 11 personnes ou alors il faut se serrer. la cour est à priori pour 3 voitures mais l'accès est difficile donc c'est quasiment impossible de rentrer 3 voitures… les abords de la villa ne sont pas très bien entretenus,en contre bas de la piscine il y a un escalier qui permet d'accéder à la villa par le bas ce qui est pratique par contre l'escalier est envahi de mauvaises herbes et de détritus(cannettes de sodas pistolet à eau cassé, gobelets ,boue gonflable cassée…),nous ne l'avons donc pas vraiment utilisé! dommage! on accède à la plage et aux commerces en 10/15 min à pied ,il faut un peu plus de temps pour remonter car ça grimpe bien...

Bonjour, Très belle maison sur les hauts de Rosas à 10 min du centre et de la plage. Piscine terrasse, 2 chambres avec salle de bain, les 2 autres chambres partageant une salle de bain. Grande pièce salon/salle à manger/cheminée avec vue sur la baie. Parking privé 3 places carrer Toreda. Pour tous renseignements, les contacts sur place sont très faciles, disponibles, et à l'écoute.
