  • Apartment located in one of the most idyllic areas of the Girona Coast. This apartment has a capacity of 6 people, has a shared pool and offers direct access to the Almadraba`s beach. All apartments have a private terrace with views of the Roses Bay. Many of our clients say that this part of Roses is his favorite. Ideal for families wanting to enjoy the numerous possibilities that offers the Costa Brava.

     
    We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



    COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



    ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



    By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



    ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.



    CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.



    CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.



    VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system using a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed.

Appartement très agréable et surtout très bien placé

Immogestion qui gère l’appartement est absolument incompétent et très mal organisé au point de se tromper de clefs. Attente de plus d’une heure devant la porte de l’apparmement avant la remise des bonnes clefs après avoir fait la queue pendant une heure devant l’agence
