* Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, DolceGusto coffee maker, toaster, oven, washing machine ...).

* One bedroom with double bed (150 cm).

* One bedroom with bunked bed (2 x 80cm's beds).

* 2 Bathrooms with shower and toilet.

* Large terrace.* Private parking space for 1 car.

* Direct access to the beach.



Located on the beach of l'Almadraba (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants and a supermarket open in season). The centre of Roses is 4.5 km away, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

Short stays possible according to the season, possibility of renting weekends in season.

The apartment is listed in the Roses tourist apartment register under number HUTG-070997-39.

Arrival and departure times can be adapted according to the season.

The price does not include sheets or towels. The service can be requested for an additional cost of €15/person.

To the indicated price, it is necessary to add the tourist tax of €1 per person over 16 years old. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of €7 per person).
