"Any hotel as nice as this one should not be trying to extract just a little more data out of their visitors by locking the wireless behind a membership and loyalty program. I would have given this place five stars across the board if that were not the case. Breakfast was fine and had a decent variety of all the things. The room was clean and one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in."

"The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again. "

"Quick check-in, room was very clean and hotel is close to shops and restaurants. The room was quiet at night and temperature was easily adjustable. My only complaint is the bed, older spring bed that needs replacement. "

"We enjoyed our comfy room, the spacious walk in shower, the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast area….only negative thing was the yapper dog who I believe was left in the room alone a few times(barked for 2 hrs straight shortly after our arrival)"

"Overall our stay was good. Nice hotel, was clean, was very surprised at how small our room was. We had a king bed room and that’s about all that could fit. We also had issues with either someone in the room next to us or some other guests putting their food garbage outside our door. This happened twice in the two nights we were there. We came back from a day out and there was an empty pizza box and a plastic bag with garbage in it sitting in front of our door. Also, about 5:15 both Saturday and Sunday mornings, there was something going on our on the hallway that woke both my husband and I up. Sounded like doors constantly being opened and closed. We booked a room for two guests, we had one towel, no wash cloths, our bed and pillows looked like someone had laid in them prior to us getting in our room. "
