called back to dispute not receiving full deposit didn’t say my name or room number. was charged $15 for hand towel that was stained with makeup even though did not wear make up or used it to clean that would stain .

Very nice hotel. A few issues Loud AC, to include a grinding noise after the AC stopped. A banging noise of construction or remodeling. Ice machine out of service. Old shower and shower head. Bathroom sink & counter top too small.
