Sunrise Cove is a year-round cozy cabin rental near Higgins Lake & ORV trails
The cabin is a semi-secluded ranch style home only minutes to the much sought-after Higgins Lake.
The cabin includes all linens, paper products (tt paper, towels) pot & pans, basic soaps, shampoo, & basic spices are included along with coffee/creamer. Outside (summer months) offers a BBQ grill, picnic table, fire pit, outdoor chairs, porch bench & large driveway. We also offer wifi with a 50" smart tv that you can access Netflix or your other streaming accounts. Sunrise Cove is conveniently located near hiking & snowmobiling trails, fishing, canoeing, cross-country skiing, local restaurants, stores, gas & much more.
Bring your toys & launch at the South State park or rent any number of items locally.

A couple house rules:
All guests must be accounted for in reservation
No smoking of any kind inside or near open windows

Dog owners must: pick up feces outside, have dog leashed while outside & keep pet off furniture or an extra cleaning charge upwards of $250 can be charged
Additional $50 cleaning fee for 1 dog per stay.

Respect quiet hours 11p.m.-7a.m. (owners live adjacent to property)
Don’t leave fire in pit unattended & distinguish before retiring for the night
Adjacent garage & property is not included in rental
No tenting, campers or rv’s
No hole digging, save it for the beach
No hunting on property or fish cleaning in the house
Only use bath towels for bathing at house
