"Very outdated, parking was limited, the beds were hard, no hair dryer, we were missing towels to shower and when we asked the receptionist she gave me the worst attitude! I would never stay here! No AC so we have to open windows which is fine but no screen. So unsafe"

"I hadn't been here for 12 yrs, the property is run down. The elevators not working and we had to carry out luggage up stairs. Had to request another room and more expensive instead of them accommodating us. We had visitors who live in area and were unable to come to our suite. They weren't staying the night.. I'm disappointed also fast pass used to be included was quoted $35 one day and at check it they quoted $40. Counter staff said i wouldn't need it at time of my departure and big mistake!! Buy the darn pass..we waited 3 hours to cross border We left earlier due to noisy rowdy ppl staying next to us."

"The only issues i had was not being able to park my car close to my hotel room. Also, the shower head hanging from the ceiling was dripping water, and also the drywall was eroding from the water and that water was falling down on me as I was taking a shower. Also, I’m 5’8” and my feet were hanging off of the bed. So looks like those beds were not queen size beds. They were full size beds. Also, it is a bit pricey there so if you have the funds, you should be OK. I bought two small coffees and a medium size fruit platter that came out to close to $30 plus tip put me at close to $50."
