It was clean with the exception of rhe screen on the bathroom widow which had a very thick layers of dust and the deck railing was really needed cleaning... included numerous spider wed and green slime. And the one long chair pillow was wet and had bird poop. And the screens on both sliding doors need replacing as those are ripped. Though I would still rent it again."

Only thing I'd caution was we didn't notice any warnings about steps and access for people that need handicapped access. They do have rooms for that, but make sure you call and request one when ya book! Ours was downstairs and didn't look like they had any way for someone with a disability to access. We were fine, but if we traveled with family, it would've been a point of contention."
