"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. "La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"Beautifully clean and superbly equipped villa. Aircon and everything all working perfectlyLovely welcome and owners were very helpful via WhatsApp if we needed anythingBeautiful olive grove surroundings and roof terrace views, and an easy 20min walk down to the beach with a couple of bars/restaurants, a small shop and a newly opened deli al nearby. Good swimming in the various sandy sections and often nobody else nearby in SeptemberAnother review mentioned cameras. There are some outside and in the hall for security while the property is empty, but we were shown the disconnection of these on our arrivalWe had an amazing few weeks and would happily stay again. Thank you Claudia and Gerrit :)"
