After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. "I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"Chambre très basique (ressemble à une chambre d'hôpital..), salle de bain avec horrible cabine de douche en plastique plutôt sale...chzmbre malgré tout bien équipé, chauffage, clim., sèche serviette.. Calme.. Dommage également que le petit déj ne soit servi qu'à partir de 7h30 et en aucun cas avant.. Rien pour compenser en plus! Rien de véritablement catastrophique mais ne vaut pas le tarif payé. "
