"Wonderful property, loved the historic parts and the renovations. The rooms in the newer wings are very modern. The gardens and pool area are very relaxing. Restaurants are good quality and the included breakfast buffet is really above and beyond. The staff was very responsive to service requests as well. All in all a great experience!!!"
"This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. It would serve perfectly as a retreat and invites meditation. There are no TVs in the rooms, but there's a big TV in a common room. The building also houses artwork and small museums.
It's a bit isolated. The restaurant wasn't open the night we were there, but we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant 700 meters away. You can also go to the castle for dinner. The hotel breakfast was wonderful. "
