Beautiful new 180-square-meter villa with a pool terrace and a 2,500-square-meter wooded garden

  • New villa with all comforts with air conditioning, swimming pool, terrace, Tesla charger, closed garage for 2 cars, garden of 2500m2. A bowling green embellishes it.

    The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms and a studio all with air conditioning and large beds, 3 bathrooms with toilet, guest toilet, very nice equipped kitchen, double living room with 2 bay windows opening onto a large terrace with dining table and a relaxation lounge. Beach swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols.
    4/10m swimming pool equipped with alarm and roller shutter
    The village with its shops, restaurants and cinema is less than 5 minutes away by car. Valbonne 10 minutes away. Sophia-Antipolis, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Rivers 20 minutes away. Beaches, Cannes, Nice 30 minutes away.
    Ideal for children with a petanque court, basketball basket and ping-pong table and football goals
    Non-smoking house inside.
    Rental preferably fortnightly but possible by the week

    Very nice unobstructed view of the hinterland not overlooked and very quiet place. An equipped studio is part of the house.

Family holiday

This is a fantastic, clean, modern luxury property. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. A car is essential to be able to get food and shopping and to explore the area. Fantastic, 5 stars

Summer vacation - South of France

We had a fantastic holiday stay at this lovely villa. Everything is there to ensure you are comfortable even down to personalising our Netflix TV access ready for our visit! The kitchen is very modern and great to cook in, the villa is lovely and clean throughout and the large gardens were great for our dogs to run around in. The pool area has plenty of seating and was a perfect setting. The area is beautiful to explore also with great walking and lovely restaurants to visit. All in all we have had the most perfect stay - thank you so much to our lovely hosts!

Better than described. Clean, neat, modern property with amazing pool and garden, all on one level. Wonderful hosts met us on arrival, and said farewell just before we left. Lovely mountain views, yet close to historic villages and the coast. Only 30 minutes from Nice airport. Everything we wanted for a perfect month in August 2024.

Great stay in a beautiful house

Arnaud and his wife were wonderful hosts and the house was very beautiful with all the amenities you could think of! The location was stunning and there were a lot if parcs around where we could walk our dog!

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wundervollen Haus

Wir haben 12 Tage mit unseren kleinen Sohn und unserem Hund in diesem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten und modernen Haus verbracht. Zum Haus gehört ein liebevoll angelegter Garten mit einem sehr schönen Pool, den man auch einfach abdecken kann. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund frei herumlaufen konnte. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, die viel zu bieten hat. Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!
