  • You arrive via a pine-lined driveway and discover three buildings nestled in a 5,000 m² pine forest. This property offers seclusion and tranquility, protected by cliffs and the surrounding nature. Everyone can find their own space in this Mediterranean haven of peace.



    The main building has a bedroom with bathroom at the entrance, a small living room, and a wooden staircase leading to two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. On the ground floor, a large 80 m² common room opens onto the patio. The annex completes the ensemble with an additional bedroom and shower room.



    The patio has a large outdoor table and a ping-pong table, perfect for socializing. The swimming pool, protected by the buildings and the pine forest, offers complete privacy. The pine forest stretches out in front of the house and along the cliff, creating an exceptional natural setting.



    Leucate awaits you with its golden sandy beaches and kitesurfing spots on the lakes. Explore the Corbières by bike, hike through the vineyards, or discover the region's Michelin-starred restaurants. The cliffs of Roquefort offer a magnificent view of the lakes, accessible from the property.
