"Can’t wait to stay here again! We loved cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the patio, and soaking in the hot tub. So easy to walk into shops and restaurants or down to the beach. Lots of fun enjoying record player and album collection. Loved the layout of the home. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a great getaway!!"

"Lovely home in a quiet but very convenient section of Seabrook. Quick walk to the beach & shops. Lots of supplies left to make our pup feel welcome. Tons of games, a well-stocked kitchen, a private backyard, and a great layout that allows everyone space to do their own thing (one of us was on an important work call, another making lunch, and the kids playing a rowdy game all at the same time without bothering each other!) The host was wonderful with communication. Highly recommend this property. "

"The hot tub was wonderful, enjoyed the fire pit and the property was well appointed. Only recommendation we would make is a non-slip mat in the tub/shower. The tub was very slippery. Would definitely stay there again."

"DO NOT book a Seabrook vacation home through vrbo if you want to use the fitness center and pools! Unfortunately, I learned that only homeowners and guest who book through Seabrook Vacation Rentals have access to those amenities. This was a huge disappointment for my active family. ThOn this vrbo listing, the fitness center/pool was listed under amenities. When I inquired with the homeowner, he apologized and said it was vrbo’s fault for including a generic template with Seabrook’s amenities. The next morning, those amenities were removed from the listing. We have rented at Seabrook for years and was really disappointed to miss out on those great amenities. The homeowner offered no price adjustment for the discrepancy. The home itself is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed it immensely; however, I cannot give it more than three stars since the listing was inaccurately misleading and the amenities we looked forward to weren’t available."

"The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only feedback I have is that the house sleeps 8 people and the dining table is only for 6. Maybe have some folding chairs available."

"Great home in Seabrook community! Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cooking tools. The home was stocked with coffee and nice touches. Convenient to walk to shops / dining of Seabrook and also close to bike trails. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay for us and our pets!"

"We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at the WoodSea Owl. This is a new Vrbo and the place was really nice. All on one level which made it easy to navigate. Also enjoyed the front deck and fire pit area which backs up to the forest and is very private and quiet. Perfect for an evening to relax by the bonfire. Everything is walkable distance in Seabrook. Once you arrive, you don’t really need your car again unless going outside Seabrook or leaving. We will visit Seabrook again. "
