Kohteen kunto ja siisteys ei vastannut odotuksia.Kohteessa ei ollut toimivia palovaroittimia paikoilla.Juomavesi tuotu paikalle vesisäiliöissä.Kohteen porakaivovesi maistui epämiellyttävältä.Kohteen sijainti oli miellyttävä mutta huvilan viimeistelyssä toivomisen varaa.
