Reclamação: Fui acordada às 7h30 da manhã pela camareira batendo insistentemente na porta do quarto para perguntar se eu desejava serviço de arrumação. Sinceramente, nunca presenciei esse tipo de abordagem em hotel algum.
A prática mais comum na hotelaria é respeitar o descanso do hóspede, aguardando que ele saia do quarto ou sinalize, por meio da placa na porta, que deseja o serviço. Interromper o sono dessa forma demonstra falta de alinhamento...

"Yes the room was clean, staff were courteous. Breakfast was very nice.
Swimming pool was rooftop with great views. Parking was free and they let us leave our vehicle for the day after we ckecked out and picked it up that afternoon."
