"Well, I didn't see any human being from arrival around 5pm to leaving at 8am. Quite inhospitable & unwelcoming Bed looked like maybe hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Pillow case looked grubby. I needed a second pillow but there was no pillow case at all for that, so I stuffed both pillows into my jacket so I could put my face on that. Slept on the covers in my clothes. Breakfast was another new experience. No one there, no sign of food other than a bunch on bread rolls in baskets...

"We are a family of three who stayed at Hotel Villa Grande for five nights. The hosts, Charlotte and Keld, showed us excellent hospitality! The cleaning is super, and so is the breakfast! "A great choice for spending time in Aarhus. Staff were lovely and our room was spotless. We were lucky and we're on the 8th floor so kept our window open at night - not sure how traffic noise would have been lower down. Breakfast was excellent - a good selection and all good quality to set you up for the day, especially as food in Denmark is pricey. Well located to get to the main sites and close to the areas for good bars and restaurants - I would definitely chose to stay again if ever back in Aarhus."
