There are properties that are booked for sleeping and others that are chosen to experience something truly special. La Caldera belongs to the latter.



Located in the heart of the Serranía de Ronda, within the La Melonera wine estate, this exclusive villa for 8 people invites you to discover a different Andalusia: unhurried, elegant and deeply connected to the land. Vineyards, centuries-old oak trees, paths through the dehesa and open views of the mountains surround a property conceived to enjoy privacy, wellbeing and nature without sacrificing the comfort of a luxury stay.



Just a few minutes away is Ronda, one of the most emblematic cities in Andalusia. From the estate you can also discover white villages, natural spaces and the Sierra de Grazalema, making each day an opportunity to explore the territory.



✨ A villa designed to enjoy the landscape



The property combines contemporary architecture, natural materials and large open spaces that connect the interior with the exterior. Stone, wood, light and views are part of a house designed to integrate into the landscape, not to compete with it.



The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for a maximum of 8 guests.



🛏️ The master bedroom offers a spectacular 2-metre bed, dressing room, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower and double sink.



🛏️ Another bedroom features a 180 cm double bed, views towards the pool, wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink.



🛏️ The other two bedrooms each have two single beds of 105 cm, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower; one of them also includes a dressing room.



The main area of the property features climate control via air source heat pump and underfloor heating, creating a comfortable environment even during the cooler months. The basement, where the wellness facilities are located, does not have air conditioning or underfloor heating.

The different lounge and dining areas invite you to enjoy long meals, read, chat or simply contemplate the landscape.



The property has two interior wood-burning fireplaces and a third exterior fireplace located on the porch, perfect for enjoying the atmosphere of the estate during the cooler afternoons and evenings.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and complete kitchenware.



It also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi and 2 Smart TVs.

Outside you will find a magnificent private pool, terraces, gardens, outdoor furniture and spaces from which to contemplate the dehesa and the mountains.



The porch with exterior fireplace creates an especially pleasant setting for peaceful breakfasts, evening aperitifs or dinners under the Serranía sky.



The villa also has covered parking for approximately 3-4 vehicles.

One of the great privileges of La Caldera is found on the lower floor: an area dedicated to wellness that is included in your stay.



Guests have access to a private sauna and gym, equipped with exercise bike, dumbbells, multi-station, skipping rope, Pilates ball and mats.

🌅 Sunset Experience. Enjoy the sunset amongst vineyards and holm oaks with a selection of wines and local products: a privileged way to bid farewell to the day in the heart of nature.



🥾 Hiking and routes through the estate, free or guided, to discover century-old holm oaks, wildlife and the landscapes of the Serranía.



🚲 Cycling routes, electric or mountain bike, along paths that cross the dehesa.



🎈 For those seeking something even more special, a hot air balloon experience at sunrise over the estate, vineyards and Serranía can be arranged.



🧘 Yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, meditation and personal training, with individual or group sessions and proposals adapted to participants' level.
