They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. "When you book with this site the website does not share your email or WhatsApp number so the hotel cannot contact you directly with check-in details. This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. Hotels.com needs to adjust its communication policies."
