"Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. "

"We visited for a couple of days for a concert with our teenage daughter and her friends. The yard and living area were perfect for our little group. The lake and beach area were within walking distance. The distance to the CMAC was minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"This is a beautiful and reasonably priced vacation for any couple looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a clean, small one bedroom cottage with a lovely view of Seneca lake. Maryanne thinks of everything when you arrive with a full kitchen and all the info you need to find local eateries, wineries and excursions. We would definitely stay again. 10 of 10."
