A reasonably priced accommodation. Very old interior and rooms. But has all the basic facilities you would need. NO iron or ironing board available. Reception refused to supply. Breakfast was okay. You can rent a motorbike for one week at 270 baht per day. Very nice sized pool, but not open until 08:30hrs. Boat Ave and nearby Villa Market easily walkable. No restaurant or bar. They do have good long-term rates for one month or more.

It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done!

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed. It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

Fantastic room with great views and cleaned well every day The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect with spectacular sunsets! There was only one negative, which was the pool area. There are just not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. We were having to get up at 6 - 6:30am for us to get four or five together. People were actually sat on their sunbeds before it got light!! Having said that, if there were beds that hadn’t been used for three or four hours in the morning, the staff were happy for you to remove those towels which helped. I would still come back here as the rest of the hotel is really nice
