"The property was super cute. We were there for 4 nights. Everything was clean and all you needed. The host was great in communicating with us every moment we had a question. You are in the heart of the main street in Riomaggiore, you wake up to beautiful views in the balcony and get to say hi to neighbors while you hang your clothes! Amazing experience for family of 4. My daughter loved the beach and I loved walking for a latte in the morning. "

"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."

"Incredible Apartment with lots of space and unforgettable views. Our family of four (14 year old boy and 13 year old girl) stayed here after touring all the major Italian cities and being squeezed into tiny hotel rooms with one bathroom to share during the week leading up to this. It was the best decision we made (though it was quite expensive). The apartment was open, spacious, tastefully designed, and very functional. "Amazing location with breathtaking views and a spectacular setting. Pictures do not do justice so if you are planning to do a visit to Cinque Terre you should choose this place. The crazy thing is that I read reviews about the drive, terrain and the remoteness so I had an idea of what to expect. What I envisioned was pretty darn accurate! Tight roads, steep cliffs, hairpin turns all while climbing and dropping to what id say one of the highest peaks within the rugged landscape. Plan to have a vehicle that can handle all of this along with a positive outlook and a love for adventure….because chances are, you will get lost. But don’t lose hope… Along the way between the freeway exit and Vernazza you’ll find a quaint stop named Bistrot PZ. Pop in and Rolando and staff will get you relaxed with a limoncello and will reassure your decision to stay at Locanda Valeria was one of the best decisions you made during your vacation. Once you arrive, you will be taken care of by a wonderful staff (including the Gatta) who is the ‘principessa’ of the grounds. Don’t overlook this location, it truly is a gem and if you are the type to refrain from sharing space with tons of tourists crowding your vibe, look no further and book it. Ciao 🇮🇹 "
