Amazing place right near the Vatican. Three bathrooms, incredible terrace, quiet and away from traffic, host was perfect, available etc.Would highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

This was the most welcoming home I have ever been in. The host was amazing. She even came to get us where the cab dropped us off. We were lost. The home is superbly stocked. It was very easy to catch a cab to everywhere we wanted to go. Couldn’t recommend it more. And the space outside was a blessing with the tourist season in full gear. Will definitely come back.

This place was perfection! The outside patio is beautiful and even bigger in person. Traveling with kids, it was wonderful to be able to do laundry. Francesca is an outstanding host and has all extra things you may need for a comfortable stay (extra misc toiletries, snacks, extra linens). Also, for those coming from US, the beds are all kings (I think listing says double occupancy), but they are kings so plenty of space. Loved having the 3 full baths too. Walking distance to Vatican made for very convenient early morning tour time.

Family stay after cruise

Fantastic host with clean and comfortable accommodations! Had everything we needed. Outdoor space was amazing. Good restaurants, market, Vatican City, and city bus at the bottom of the hill. Hill was a bit legit for my mom, but we just took our time. Would highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at the Garden House! It was in a great location, such friendly hosts, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. It was a hot couple of days we were there and the air conditioning worked the best of anywhere we stayed in our two week trip around Europe. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

Wonderful Stay Near the Vatican

We had a great stay near the Vatican and Francesca was so accommodating and helpful. She arranged our travel from the airport and to the cruise port. She greeted as the property and showed us how everything worked. She had great recommendations for restaurants and responded quickly anytime we reached out. The property was clean and well stocked. The garden is fabulous, especially the smell of Jasmiine The property is close to the Vatican. There is a hill to the property, but for us it did not cause a problem.
