The space
The apartment consists of two spacious double bedrooms, one of which connects to a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed that opens onto a small, fully equipped guest bathroom: perfect for families. It features a second spacious master bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The spacious bedrooms have beds with new, comfortable memory foam mattresses and are equipped with sheets, pillowcases, a closet, nightstands, chairs, a TV, air conditioning (except in the single bedroom), and heating.
The apartment has high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

The apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, one of which is connected to a smaller room furnished with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, bidet, and sink. This makes it perfect for families.
There is also a second main bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, hob, coffee maker, dining table, and chairs, allowing guests to prepare and enjoy their meals comfortably.

Please also note that a tourist tax of EUR €6.00 per person per day is required for the first 10 days for holiday homes and apartments - Category 21 (to be paid on-site in cash)
as per the official table of tourist tax rates for the City of Rome

Once the reservation is confirmed, all the information required for check-in will be
provided. I will also be available to assist you throughout your stay.
Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their expected arrival time in advance. This information can be entered in the “Special Requests” section during the booking process or communicated directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
Please note that the Rome tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. The current rate is EUR 6.00 per person, per night, for the first 10 nights of stay in holiday homes and apartments (Category 21), in accordance with the official rate schedule established by the Municipality of Rome.
