The hostess Elena was there finishing cleaning when we arrived. She let us check in early because we wanted to wander around the city without our luggage in tow. She explained everything to us. The only problem we had was figuring out how to open the door. After she left, we probably spent an hour trying to figure it out. We even sent her an email, which she responded to very promptly. It was quite easy once we finally figured it out. The flat is lovely. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to hang up clothes. It was also nice having two bathrooms. If we ever come back to Rome, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
