About this property

View of Campo de Fiori

  • We have just renovated a 170-square-meter apartment in a 16th-century building that has been in our family for generations. At your disposal are three very spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. You’ll wake up to a view of Campo de’ Fiori, one of Rome’s most beautiful squares; you’ll enjoy breakfast in an elegant living room furnished with period pieces, and if you wish, you can make use of a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The three large bedrooms, each with a spacious and comfortable bathroom and properly separated from the common areas, ensure maximum privacy. All windows are soundproofed. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV with Sky and Netflix. If needed, you can use the washing machine and dryer. You’ll be in the heart of Baroque Rome. Piazza Farnese, Via Giulia, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and many other architectural gems are just a stone’s throw away. Finding a great restaurant will be no problem.

This apartment is beautiful. The location is perfect, a 15-20 minute walk to all the highlights. Every morning we opened the windows to enjoy the cool weather and sounds of the square below. Dante is a great host! Wonderful communication, lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely return!

This stay in Rome was an absolute highlight of our trip. The apartment itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and even better than we expected. Dante was an exceptional host from start to finish—his communication was seamless, and he went above and beyond by arranging our airport transportation, which made everything feel effortless right from arrival. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something truly special.

A Dream Come True

The beautiful apartment conveniently located in the heart of Rome has been newly renovated and elegantly decorated in classic Italian style with a tasteful touch of vintage family furnishings. The building entrance is steps away from Piazza Campo de Fiori, which is bustling with activity, restaurants, cafes, shops and a market in the square. It is only a 5 minute walk to Piazza de Navona and its famous fountain and church. It's only a 30 min walk across the Tiber River to both the Vatican and Collosseum. The bedrooms are spacious, each with it's own ensuite bathroom, airconditioning and television. It is meticulously decorated and clean, yet comfortable to return home to after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Dante, our host, was simply AMAZING. He grew up in the home. He shared memories of his family, his time growing up in the home and neighborhood and the city of Rome. He was warm and welcoming, offering his favorite restaurnants, the best gelato, and other tips. His assistance in arranging transport from the airport was such a relief as we were totally unfamiliar with Rome. We feel as though we made a friend for life - We highly recommend!!
