  • This very charming apartment is located at first floor (one flight of stairs to climb) of a building dating back to 1700, once belonging to the Cardinals,
    You will be at true 50 yards from S. Peter's square.

    Absolutely no need of elevator.

    The apartment consists in a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms and a lovely terrace which is great for your outdoor aperitivos, dinner or lunch.
    Internet connection, Samsung Smart Tv, WIFI in all rooms even terrace, Jacuzzi tub, shower, absolutely quiet,
    Air conditioning in all rooms (just installed in May 2021)
    Miele top quality washer and dryer, induction cooktop in the kitchen, microwave oven and traditional oven.

    Comfort and class, with functionality. Comfortable beds, sofas, soft lights, Jacuzzi tub, top quality linens. All of the crockery, cutlery, glasses etc that you could need.

Excellent location very close to St. Peter's and fantastic places to eat within a block. Metro was 800 meters away and bus stop even closer. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. The owner was great with arranging transportation to and from the airport as well.

Absolutely beautiful and homey space. Two excellent bathroom spaces! Everything was clean and spacious. Quiet Retreat

We had a wonderful stay in a charming spacious apartment. It was away from the busy center, very close to the Vatican and St Peters Basilica. Alberto was so helpful with information for local places to eat and transportation from the airport and to the train station.

Un appartamento bello!

Such an elegant and spacious apartment in a great location in the Borgo and a short walk to the wonderful Prati neighborhood with shops and eateries galore. There are numerous excellent restaurants literally steps away, both inexpensive and a bit more. (Including Ristorante Arlù, and the new Maison Arlù two of my new favorite places.) Excellent Apartment and Location

We had a wonderful week-long stay in Rome, and Alberto's apartment served as an excellent launch point for our adventures. The apartment was exactly as described, and you can't beat the location - steps from St. Peter's and restaurants around every corner. We hope to return in the future (coins were tossed in the Trevi Fountain to ensure it!).

Warm and Cozy!!

This place was absolutely perfect. Less than 2 blocks from the entrance of the Vatican great restaurants and authentic Deli around the corner. The apartment itself is beautiful and our family loved being there. Alberto was very kind and even helped us with driver to and from the airport. 70th Birthday with Family

Perfect location to all sites we wanted to see. The local flavor to the area was also excellent. Great pizza and pasta across the street if you did not want to out and we discovered a small pasta restaurant right around the corner which only sat 10, but the owner and the food was to die for. So much to see and do in 10 days, we want to go back and I would highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very nice, and it was good to spend time out on the balcony. Location couldn’t be better, literally a quick walk to the Vatican, and shops and restaurants right around the corner. Alberto was a great host, very responsive. However do your research, we paid more for the airport transfer that he arranged, and 7 E additional for credit card. Would definitely stay again

Upon arrival check in was reasonably easy. Owner was very responsive and apartment was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. It was in a great neighborhood with access to tons of restaurants with an added bonus the Vatican is a block and a half away. We will definitely be back!

Vatican luxury home Terrazzo

My family spent 4 nights in August. Location of the apartment is fantastic, 3 minutes walk from Vatican St.Pietro. Apartment has a nice charm of cozy Italian home. There are small stores and restaurants right out on the streets. Walking to the city historic sites takes 20-30 minutes. We loved our stay and would come again.
