Everything you need is right at your fingertips: shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. With metro, taxi, and bus connections, getting around and discovering all of Rome’s treasures couldn’t be easier.

Thanks to its dual exposure, the apartment is very bright and features heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

🛋️ Sixth Guest & Comfort: It is possible to accommodate a sixth guest on our high-end, very comfortable, and ergonomic sofa bed located in the living room. It features a professional 24cm mattress and topper, offering the same sleeping quality as a true luxury bed.

The apartment is at your exclusive disposal.
🚪 Entrance Area: Only the entrance hallway of the accommodation may be shared with laundry staff or other guests, exclusively for dropping off or picking up luggage.
🔒 For your complete privacy and safety, we recommend that you always keep the interior door closed that separates your private accommodation from the common entrance area.
📱 Smart Access: Entry is facilitated by keyless systems. Security is ensured by reinforced doors (lockable from the inside and outside with the push of a button) and surveillance cameras located exclusively in the entrance area.
📋 Guests and Legal Registration
In accordance with Italian law, it is mandatory that anyone entering the house be properly registered using an identification document (including children and infants).
👥 Additional Guests: If you wish to add people to your group, please notify us promptly so we can complete the required registration. This includes professional bed preparation and the provision of a full set of towels for each additional guest.

The house is prepared based on the exact number of guests registered in the booking.
↔️ Sleeping Separately: If your group needs to use the sofa bed to sleep separately (even if there are fewer than 6 people), please let us know in advance.
