Quick overnight

We stayed here just one night as we had to catch an early flight and needed to depart Termini very early. Our kids wished we had stayed longer! The apartment is very spacious and had a room for everyone. It was incredibly hot (upper 90s F) when we visited but the AC in the bedrooms worked well and cooled the communal areas quickly too. Very convenient to Termini and felt safe and quiet enough for us. The checkout procedures arrived after we left the morning of our flight so some snaffoo there but we were able to sort it out from a distance. Thank you!

The locations are in walking distance. Great place to stay if you have a big family. The property manager is easy to talk with. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place. When I come back, I will use the same place love it.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location! Host is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Cleaning lady was very kind as well. There are several restaurants in the area and it is very easy to get to and from main train station (easier without luggage, if you’re walking). There was an issue with one of the bathrooms (one of the toilets kept running), but I’m sure it’s fixed for you now. Pictures seem a bit outdated, but it’s still a great apartment.

Stayed here on the back end of our trip- honestly wish our apartment we had at the beginning of our trip was available because that was a much more enjoyable stay. Urbanflat isn’t as clean and is definitely more worn than what’s represented in pictures. Location is convenient for access to termini station, otherwise just okay. Beds and pillows were VERY uncomfortable and the apartment was TOO HOT! It was the middle of Aug and we made sure all places had ac when we booked. All 5 of us had the worst sleep out of our 2 wks in Italy. Living space & kitchen is without ac and temperature was never below 29- honestly don’t even believe that thermometer because it felt hotter than that to us. There is an open window between the living room and the first bedroom so that bedroom was warmer than the rest. Bedrooms had ac, but the rooms never got cool and the units would just randomly turn off. We were sweating! Wasn’t a great environment for my father, who has cancer, and my SIL who is 5 months pregnant. Again, it was the middle of Aug and all we wanted after exploring in the heat was somewhere clean, cool, and comfortable. This wasn’t that. All other places we stayed in Italy we were turning the ac off because we were cold. Unfortunately this wasn’t a great end to our vacation, grateful is was one night. Check in and checkout was smooth. Kitchen is stocked & water in fridge. Adele was easy to communicate with and responds quickly, but I will choose to stay elsewhere when back in Rome.

We ended our Italy trip with two nights in Rome. This was the perfect spot. Close to the train station and in a neighborhood with plenty of nightlife (but not loud, just active). And having both A/C and laundry facilities were greatly appreciated!!! We would stay here again.

Nice place that more than meets your sleeping, showering and laundry needs while you spend your time out exploring Rome. Host was on time, understanding, pleasant and patient. They even let us leave our luggage at the apartment when we arrived while it was being cleaned, which was a huge help. I'd book it again if it was available when I visit Rome again.

Great apt close to Termini

We loved the apartment! Very comfortable and clean. Very well located 3 blocks from Termini station. We will highly recommend it. Kitchen big and clean, although we didn't use it because we stayed only 2 days and spent the time outdoors. Communication with Adele was instant. Very helpful. She allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out time. Very kind.

Great apartment space within 10 minutes walk of Rome's main train station (great for early morning express train to airport as well as Linea A metro for many sights) and an even closer Linea B (e.g. for Coloseum) metro station. Well appointed kitchen and 3 good bedrooms in addition to lounge sofa bed. Heating worked fine. Elevator reliable and fast. Great pizza by weight almost next door and numerous restaurants. A small PAM supermarket and larger CONAD with greater range also close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Apartment near Termini

We had an excellent stay and would definitely rent here again! It is in a very convenient location, close to Termini and walking distance to many great sites. There are a few great restaurants and a gelateria just a few steps from the apartment. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable for my family of 7. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens. Adele was extremely helpful, especially when our luggage was lost by the airport for 2 days. She helped us secure a location for it to be dropped off at so we wouldn't have to wait at the apartment to accept it. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome!
