The apartment was clean, in a very good location, and had plenty of room for our group of six. The lift was also a big plus, especially since we had quite a bit of luggage.There were several issues that kept this from being a great stay. The furniture in the listing photos was not accurate and should be updated so future guests have a better idea of what to expect. Communication with the host was also limited. After we left, we were charged for a lost key even though we specifically made sure both sets of keys were placed in the bowl before checkout. I reached out to the host about it but never received a response.There were also a few comfort and maintenance concerns. One of the bathrooms off a bedroom was very small, and we heard what sounded like an animal scratching above us during the stay. The showers did not have anywhere convenient to place shampoo or soap. Also, the extra bedroom with two twin beds did not have an A/C unit, and the beds in that room were extremely uncomfortable.Overall, the apartment had some strong positives, especially the cleanliness, space, location, and lift, but the communication issue, inaccurate listing photos, and comfort concerns made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.
