The apartment is on the first floor of a charming 18th-century building. It has been recently renovated, revealing original wooden ceilings and terracotta brick walls from the 1700s — a blend of history and modern comfort.

You’ll find:

- A bright, spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches) with a hypoallergenic mattress, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dining table. The room is air-conditioned.

Great Location and So Unique

My 13 year old and I stayed here for three days in June 2025. Great apartment with everything close by and walkable. Great communication with the owner and awesome walk thru of the property. Strong WiFi and AC. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we ever return to Rome. Clean and comfortable.

Great Apartment

Great location.

Excellent location. Make sure you bring earplugs if you want to go to bed early. Wine bar below can be a bit noisy. After midnight it closes down.

Amazing location in an incredible city

Great little apartment in a perfect location to explore so many beautiful areas of central Rome. Perfect size for our family- great beds, has great window covering for privacy. Felt completely safe in this area. Great access to the bus system to get around all of Rome!

Fantastic location, charming apartment!

Cannot beat the location of Angelo’s apartment. Ten minute walk to most sites in any direction. It’s very unique and had everything we needed.

We loved the apartment. It had everything you would need. It was between Rome and the Vatican. Easy walking. The neighborhood was beautiful. A lot of great shopping and restaurants.

Great Location! Clean room. Perfect Host.

My wife and I recently stayed in this home and loved it! The location is convienently close to the vatican and centrally located so you can walk to all of the other major attractions. The bus stop is nearby to get out to some of the further ones as well. The host met us at the apartment and was very friendly and let us know about the place itself. Can I can't say enough good things about this place and the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

5 star host, property and location!

The host did an excellent job commmunicating with us before and during our stay. He even coordinated transportation from the airport and let us check our bags into the room early. The room had beautiful features from when it was originally built, and was exceptionally clean. Great views to the street, minimal stairs to get to the room, and multiple security doors that made you feel safe. Would definitely return!

More than I expected

There should be more stars available! I usually stay in a wonderful hotel when in Venice but this experience is challenging that. Comfort, size, features all far exceed my expectations. I think i may have found another reason to love Venice.

Location, Location, Location!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. It’s in a great location in a lively neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby, a couple gelato places, and even a grocery store or two. If you want to live like a local, you’ll love staying here. Angelo is extremely responsive and very accommodating. I was concerned with getting transportation to the airport at 3:00am, but he was able to make that happen! Thanks, Angelo!!

Great place to explore Rome

The flat is in an excellent position within walking distanxeall of the eternal city's more important monuments. There are plenty of little cafes, restaurants and quirky shops around where it is possible to experience the less monumental side of Rome. Angelo, the owner is a charming host,friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our flight back home was late in the evening, but he let us leave our luggage in the flat past the checkout time, which was really impt for us. We had a really terrific time in Rome snd no hiccups!

Our first time in Rome. The location is wonderful. Large city with small town feeling. Great restaurants in seconds from the front door. Bars, pastries, coffee, tea, pharmacy, market all seconds away. Marcone was a restaurant we frequented. Low prices, great food. Vecio is right across the street with excellent staff and wine, drinks, and small food that is delicious. 22 minute walk to colosseum. 11 minutes to Pantheon. 5 minutes to Campo di fiore. (Where we spent many evenings at Bachiana). About 25 minutes walk to Spanish steps and then 4-5 minutes to Trevi fountain. We took a lot of late night strolls to try and avoid massive crowds at some attractions like Trevi and Pantheon. Never felt unsafe. The apartment is nice. Exactly what you see in the pictures. Bed is pretty good. Washer is great but you must hang clothes to dry so be aware of moist air or rain. The courtyard where the line is strung doesn’t get much breeze. Bus line is maybe 300-400 feet away. We had a 7 day bus pass and used it to go to further away places and then walk our way back while exploring. The local Roman’s are so nice. They gave us pointers about the area. Places to see and walk to. The wine is out of this world. Can’t recommend enough! Can’t wait to return.

Great location and host

I cannot express my thanks to Angelo for his hospitality and help during our stay. He was an excellent host. He is fluent in English and naturally Italian but probable other languages as well. He met us at the door when we arrived in transportation that he arranged. He showed us the apartment. The apartment is located in an old Roman neighborhood perfect for a stay to learn about how Romans live and work. Just what we wanted to do. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The local stores are also just as friendly and helpful. Most of them speak or understand English as well as other languages. The bus route is nearby. A 3 day pass works best. However we weee pressed for time so we used a taxi or Uber ride. Mainly because of our tours scheduled with Viator we were running late most of the time. During the day you need to allow more time to get somewhere than normal. Traffic can be slow during the day and especially at rush hour. Plan on extra time at the tourist venues. Also, book your tours ahead of time or you will spend most of your time waiting on line. You are about 4 blocks form Campa de Flouria square, open market at the square, and the French Embassy. You have Ashley walk to the Vatican and Plaza de Navarro. There are many coffee bars, restaurants and other stores nearby the apartment. If there is a downside, I’d say one of the couches (sofa) and mattress needs to be upgraded. Definitely a great place to stay and explore Rome.

Great location

You cannot go wrong with this location - all the main sites can be accessed on foot. The property itself is quaint, older in style, and functional. The host was very helpful and organized transfers for us at a good rate.

This apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps to name a few. Apartment itself is a little quirky and a bit worn but has a lot of living space, the bed was clean and comfortable. AC worked very well as it was over 30 degrees when we visited Rome. Because of the bars below on street level it is noisy at night so with the windows closed/AC on we still used our phones white noise app and that allowed us to sleep well. Be prepared to hang your clothes on the line outside the bathroom window on a clothesline as the locals do, washer worked great. We also asked Angelo to book a driver to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. Very reliable. Angelo was very communicative throughout our stay when we had questions. Great location and host

We loved our stay. Angelo the host is very nice. The place is spacious with multiple sitting areas and plenty of room, and nicely decorated and cozy. It is an excellent location - all major attractions 30 minutes or less walk, Vatican about 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes, but at the same time it is still a reasonably quiet street. It has a washing machine (no dryer - you just air dry). Good hair dryer for the ladies :), and even extra things such as umbrellas. Highly recommend

It's truly remarkable! Everything is within easy reach. The bus station is 2 blocks away, the supermarket is 2 blocks away, and there is even a winery just across the street. A 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Novona and Vatican City is a pleasant option. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the shower head pressure, hot and cold water. I would highly recommend this establishment. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to Angelo for hosting us.
