Disappointing! Bathtub drains very slowly. Black mold on bathroom tiles. No kitchen cloth or sponge available to wash dishes. Spare blanket was not fresh. Only one extra pillow. No staff to phone. No answer. Only email. No number on door/ signage. Walked past building several times.
