Located in an area with many shops and close to the most important monuments. Coliseum at 15 minutes by walk

-one with a fold away double bed that can transform the room in a living room, tv and air conditioning.

-Bathroom with big shower

The windows overlook on a typical roman courtyard of a luxury building as to ensure a stay calm.

A few steps from the buildong is available a garage to be paid separately

Great place, clean and well located

I highly recommend this place, great apartment, close to metro, spacious rooms, everything new and clean. Gabrielle is very friendly, had great suggestions and helped us when needed.

Fantastic accomodation

the apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. It is located in a strategic position at the center of the city, close to the subway and bus. the owner welcomed us so helpful and kind and gave us very useful information.

Week end à rome

Superbe séjour de 4 jours à Rome. Merci à notre hôte, très accueillant, son appartement est impeccable et il pense à tout pour le confort des vacanciers, jusqu’à la carte de Rome et ses conseils restaurants. Le quartier est très calme, et le centre ville est très accessible grâce à la ligne de métro qui se trouve à 3 min, ou à pied, c’est une promenade très agréable. Un sans faute ! Je recommande.

Schöne, zentrale und ruhige Stadtwohnung

Gabrieles Wohnung hat alles, was wir für einen schönen Romaufenthalt brauchten: zentrale Lage, gut mit der U-Bahn erreichbar in einem normalen Wohnviertel. Die Küche war mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem und insgesamt war alles ordentlich und sauber.Die Kommunikation lief super, Gabriele ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Séjour d'une semaine à Rome

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location pendant une semaine. Points faibles : -Le sol de la douche était glissant. -Les oreillers étaient trop fermes, bien qu'il y en ait d'autres dans le placard. -Nous entendions parfois la porte en fer du hall d'entrée, mais cela n'a pas été trop gênant car elle n'était pas utilisée fréquemment pendant la nuit. Points forts : -L'accueil de l'hôte était formidable, toujours à l'écoute. En plus, il nous a envoyé un taxi pour nous attendre à l'aéroport. -La localisation était également excellente, à proximité de tous les monuments centraux de Rome, le Colisée étant le plus proche. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande cette location, qui mérite selon moi un solide 4/5 !

Appartamento pulito di facile accesso in una zona molto tranquilla. Gabriele sempre molto disponibile e soprattutto accetta animali domestici (noi siamo stati con i nostri 3 levrieri). Se dovessi tornare a Roma di nuovo sicuramente ci tornerei.

Très bien situé .Environ 25mn ,cool ,à pied du Colisée.à 3 stations de Termini .(station du quartier St jean de Latran) ,situé sur ligne A et C .Bus 85.Grand magasin Coin pour ceux que ça intéresse .près Via Appia nuova. Une adresse,(2 chambres ,une cuisine ,salle d'eau ,l'essentiel en vaisselle et cuisson-Climatisation.) faite pour tous ceux qui veulent sillonner la ville.Donne sur une cour intérieure.Calme.

Great location!

Apartment is located in close proximity to the bus and metro system. We used the metro system daily to navigate the city. Apartment was clean and spacious. Shower was nice and large but the water pressure could have been better. One thing I would recommend is better bedding. We pulled the pillows off of the beds in the spare room (to give us more than 1 pillow each) and felt that the bedding was worn and not as comfortable (not good cotton grade) as hotel stay bedding. Also, there was a weird smell when entering the apartment. We are not sure if it was due to the consteuction happening right outside our door in the hallway or not. Overall, we would consider staying here again due to its location and easy access to the city. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment other than to sleep and shower so it meet our needs.

Gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut - schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt nahe einer Metro-Station der Linie A (2 bis 3 Min. zu Fuß). Direkt gegenüber des Wohnhauses befindet sich ein Bio-Laden mit tollem Sortiment.

Appartement super pour découvrir Rome

Gabriele nous a accueilli à Rome avec grande hospitalité. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est très bien situé, tout près du métro et de bus qui permettent d'être au centre ville en 10 mn. Le Colisée est à 15-20 mn à pied. Des commerces (dont un supermarché bio) sont tout près. L'appartement est calme car il donne sur la cour de l'immeuble. Il est bien équipé et bien chauffé. A recommander pour découvrir la ville!

Ein kleines Zuhause in Rom

Die Wohnung mit Fenstern zu dem Innenhof der gediegenen Wohnanlage bleibt nicht hinter den Versprechungen zurück. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern helfen, auch wärmste Nächte zu überstehen. Zentrumsnah, aber ruhig; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, bestens mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter Gabriele war einfach und verlässlich. Ein echter »Geheimtipp«!!!

A perfect place in the heart of Rome

We spent 4 days in this apartment and we absolutely loved it! Our host was simply outstanding. Since we arrived early in order to make the most of our trip, Gabriele was there to meet us as early as 10 o'clock in the morning so that we could drop off our luggage and start our four-day tour of Rome. He showed us the place and gave us the addresses of all the best restaurants in the area and also a mini guide of all the must-see places during our short stay. Gabriele had also bought us some apples in case we might be hungry! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome which is very near every famous sight you want to see (a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum), don't hesitate. This place is clean, safe, comfortable and in a very quiet street where you can sleep at night to recover from walking so much around the city. Many thanks to Gabriele for his kindness, availability and quick response to meet our every need. We will most certainly be back!

It is really a beautiful appartment

It is really a beautiful appartment. Perfectly for long and for short trips. The flat is well-furnished, clean and in a nice area of rom. Gabriele is a very friendly owner and has welcomed us very nice. We had a nice trip in rom and would always take back this apartment.

Truly a home away from home! Very clean, modern, spaceious, all the amenities of home but in Rome. The location is perfectly situated in a very safe and lively neighbourhood weith great shopping on Appia Nuova, restaurants, grocery stores, monuments, all within walking distance. Very close to the subway and trams for those not so keen on walking around. Gabriele is a perfect host making himself available at all times during my 2.5 week stay and was also most accommodating to my needs. I'm looking to book again for October!!!!
